Professional trainers v operational staff
Cyntergy provides professional trainers who deliver our projects year in year out. They are experienced in the requirements of IT roll-outs in our chosen industries and are quickly up to speed with client needs following our train the trainer sessions. In our experience, operational staff who are seconded into projects do not necessarily make the best trainers therefore consistency of learning is less likely to be guaranteed.
Backfilling seconded staff and reassignment after projects is not an issue for Cyntergy’s clients at the end of a project.
