Peter Walker, CEO
Peter Walker, CEO, was the Business Development Director for Clarity Commerce Solutions plc. He previously acquired Cyntergy Services in 2004 for Clarity.He has held various senior management roles in marketing and operations for Whitbread plc, and operations and finance in Grand Metropolitan plc. He was directly involved in the flotation of Clarity on AIM, and dealt with city and banking relationships, acquisitions and senior client relations.

Richard Jennings, CFO
Richard Jennings, CFO, was CFO for the Touchbase Group, the global IP communications specialist and AIM-listed Technology PLC.
His experience includes flotation and corporate fundraising, which will enable him to seek opportunities for the business to enhance the company for customers, colleagues and investors alike.
Steve Rose, COO
Steve Rose, COO, has been with Cyntergy since its commencement in 1993. He continues to be the mainstay of Cyntergy’s business from an operational point of view.Having graduated from Surrey University with a degree in Hotel & Catering Administration in 1985 he built his career in a variety of IT roles at the Hilton International and Marriott, until he joined Cyntergy to set up the European Division.
Tim Bittleston, Non-Exec Director
Tim Bittleston (50) joined GEC in 1978 and completed the 7 year General Management program following which he fulfilled a number of management positions in Scotland, Northern Ireland, USA and New Zealand. He returned to the UK in 1995 when he took over the ailing UK arm of Avery Berkel restoring a £100M business to profit later becoming Group Commercial Director and Deputy Group CEO.In 1999 Tim bought out the Pennine Retail Software Company which he later sold to Alphameric. Since then Tim has been involved in fund raising for a number of buyouts and also as a director for a number of businesses including IRSG Group (Group CEO), Galleria (Chairman), Clarity Commerce (Chairman) and Panacea where he is currently CEO.
