Cyntergy has provided IT support services since 2003, and has gained unrivalled experience in training end users of IT projects, and supporting them via our state-of-the-art service desk, based in Sunbury on Thames, South West London.
Cyntergy was acquired in an MBO in May 2008, and is now a truly independent and privately owned company. It has retained all its key management and staff in the process.
Whilst Cyntergy has strong relationships with many of the major system integrators and software companies in the IT market, it is independent of any software or hardware providers. It is therefore able to work with any business partner or client in
a truly transparent fashion.
Cyntergy has built its experience in the retail and hospitality markets, not just in the UK but throughout Europe. Our team has worked in those industries, so they understand the need for excellence - in customer service.
