IHG is one of the world’s leading hotel companies and operates seven hotel brands consisting of 4,000 hotels across nearly 100 countries. IHG has been a client of Cyntergy since 1993, when they commissioned the worldwide roll-out of a PMS system. Since then, Cyntergy have implemented and trained several upgrades and add ons, as well as two further new PMS interfaces to the IHG Central System.

At present Cyntergy has a team of eight training analysts dedicated to installing and training the IHG 2-Way interfaces within all of the IHG brands in the UK, Europe and Africa.
