CASE STUDY: CARPETRIGHT - www.carpetright.co.uk

For the eLearning training requirement, Cyntergy used a rapid authoring tool to simulate the software application and delivered over 90 lessons incorporating of the software functionality. The modules also allowed staff to practice and be tested on their competence after classroom training and prior to go-live in their store.

Cyntergy also provided a learning management system to allow the distribution of the computer-based training to each store. Users are configured by store and are able to access those modules relevant to their job roles at any time. The system will be used to deliver other computer based training packages to stores in the future saving both time and cost as well as improving training availability.

Commenting on the project Ian Woosey, Group IT Director at Carpetright said: "Cyntergy were set the challenge of not only training over 3,000 staff on the new systems and business processes but also implementing computer-based training to supplement the rollout and on-going training.
